Apply to clean, damp skin, and massage in a gentle circular motion, moving from neck to torso, and from feet up to torso. Concentrate on the problem areas and dry areas - knees and elbows - polishing from the outer parts of your arms + legs, in toward the center of your body. Leave on your skin for a few minutes to allow the oils, butters and antioxidants to penetrate. Rinse thoroughly.

A full size will last 2-4 months, depending on how often you use it. It may last longer if you use it less frequently.

For best results, use within 1.5 years of the production date, located in the batch number on the bottom of your product. Or within 6 months of opening, whichever comes first.
